MICO presents MICO BETA TESTER

From Semptember 2008 on, MICO is looking for men and women whose professional or sport activity is passionful. 100 person will be selected and they will enter the Team/09. They will receive a high quality technical kit (socks and). In the next year MICO technicians will follow Beta tester's activities whose will be asked to test MICO material. Together we will better know the material and emprove it.

WHO IS A BETA TESTER
Beta Tester is a technology-field term used to indicate a person who tests every new product. "Alfa tester" is the one who invents the product, "beta tester" is the first who lives it. His role is fundamental for R&D as it helps the research and the developement of every material. He gives the first report testing the product in different conditions: rendering, resistance, durability. The Beta Tester lives the real ground and verifies that everything goes for the best. MICO is looking for Beta Tester immersed in their daily activity, as MICO si putting itself to the test.

WHO CAN BE A BETA TESTER
Everyone who engages a daily or weekly activity (as professional or amateur) which means sweating blood, phisical stress and energy, can be a potential MICO Beta Tester. We would like to meet person who live the mountain in a traditional way (as mountaineer, forest ranger or skiier), but also person who have new way of facing it. Bikers, runners, amateur sportsman and sportwomen, athletes in carreer or athletes with a background and still active. These are the person we want to know! Should you invented a new way of climbing, should you hand gliding, should you run everyday in the trees to extinguishing fires, should you training for a marathon, you can be a MICO Beta Tester.

ENTERING OUR SELECTIONS - WHAT TO DO
To enter our selection/010 you have just to click on "Enter 2010 Selection" and fill in the on-line questionnaire. There are few simple questions which will require you only few minutes. Fill in every part and enclose your professional or amateur profile (doc or pdf file). On the bottom of the page please give us your consent to treat your personal data. We will also publish a short anonimous version or your profile (only: name, city, job, activity for MICO Beta tester Team and how many hours a week you have training). We will put this short version in the section "Selection Team Profiles_010": in this page you will find all the other ones who aspire to be among the 100 of the Mico Beta Tester Team/010. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN NEXT MONTHS
Our Selection Manager will get in touch with you by mail. Togehter with him you will go through some steps during which we will communicate you every news about the campaign. Moreover, in 2010 we will tell you if your caracteristics you showed us are ok to enter or not in Team/010.


OUR TEAM
Once the Team will be chosen, we will give public communication of it and the Tester will be given our KIT with MICO best BETA technical products. In the following 12 months you will keep in touch with our technicians and you will be asked about how the materials respond: we will be with you on the Andes, in the fires, on the ski, running through the desert, walking on the footpaths...
